Lecture Title: New Era in Retrograde Filling Techniques and Guided Microscopic Apical MicroSurgery with GBR .

Abstract:

• -Apical microsurgery nowadays is new trend for treatment of apical infection that is not resolved in conventional treatment and retreatments procedure, In this lecture we will describe a minimal invasive technique to do apical access by removing an apical bone window to do an apical preparation and retrograde preparation and filling with bioceramics then return the bone block for faster healing and less complications with details about the GBR methods in fenestrated Buccal bone plate.

The lecture covers all these steps by the use of an endodontic microsurgical guide and the lecture contains several cases with long follow up to 2 years.
